**Your new role**
- Responsible for maintaining and analysing established economic market and cost data and assisting in the preparation of reports for both internal stakeholders and external client use.
- Assistance in the report writing: Bi Annual company report (international and local) & annual company digest.
- Assistance in preparing Quarterly Tender Price Index calculations.
- Assistance in data preparation and maintenance of benchmarking data collection and analysis.
- Preparation / Updating of reports, presentations, board papers etc. including typing, formatting, sourcing of information, presentation, and distribution.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- A collaborative team player who is also able to be proactive and work independently.
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
- Experience in performing a variety of operational or research tasks within the construction industry.
- Excellent English language skills including grammar, spelling and punctuation together with a proven skill in proofing and editing.
- Adequately proficient in the following software packages (generally intermediate to expert level) as well as with general IT processes, systems and other software: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint). Basic to Intermediate competency in Adobe InDesign preferable but not essential. Basic to Intermediate competency in Access, Macros and VBA, preferable, but not essential. Microsoft 365 including Teams & Share point.
- A general understanding of external and economic construction industry trends affecting sectors.
