**About the Role**

As a Marketing Specialist, you will develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that align with our business goals. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to tell the Simply Seated story through engaging content and impactful campaigns.

**Salary**
$75,000 - $85,000

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Use your journalistic background to tell authentic, compelling stories that connect with our audience.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and growth opportunities.
- Manage and optimise our digital presence, including website content and SEO performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing activities.
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, using data to inform improvements.
- Support the sales team with targeted content and lead generation strategies.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all platforms and materials.

**About You**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience developing content and running campaigns, especially on digital platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a journalistic approach to storytelling.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Canva, and other digital platforms.
