**Job Summary**

**The Music Gym** is a music company based in Melbourne. Our mission is to get adults back to playing guitar, piano and singing within the energetic environment of group classes.

We love teaching adults to learn music and improve their existing skills but also are passionate about creating an environment in which they can share their joy of music with others.

We are on the hunt for talented and charismatic **GUITAR, VOCAL and PIANO instructor, ideally, with some experience in teaching any level and a combination of 2 instruments**

A role at The Music Gym could provide opportunities to work with a passionate and talented team and alongside experienced music instructors in a business that has never been seen before.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- previous experience in teaching or coaching (instrumental or otherwise)
- excellent skills on their chosen instrument(s)
- applicable music qualifications or evidence of current study in music
- a willingness to learn on the job and be trained in-house
- experience in performing at_**live gigs/busking/recording**_
- the ability to teach _not only one but two or three of guitar/piano/voice_
- social media skills
- excellent administrative/organisational skills
- excellent interpersonal skills
- strong attention to detail, time-management and drive to succeed
- Hourly rate is negotiable depending on skills an experience._
