**By joining our restaurant management team, you will**
- You have leadership experience in QSR or in a high volume restaurant.
- You have strong analytical/decision-making skills and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Have good oral/written communication skills with exceptional team building capability.
- Passionate about providing excellence in execution of quality food, service, safety, cleanliness, and speed standards.
- You are a dynamic, energetic and positive leader, a self-starter, proactively driven to get things done and does the right thing for the business.
- Provides leadership and coaching for each employee in their restaurant.
- Nurture, mentor, and develop our new generation of leaders We believe great leaders create new leaders
- Drive a strong restaurant culture through reward and recognition and help us embed a fun and inclusive environment (spontaneous dancing is encouraged)
- Have your voice heard by contributing ideas & suggestions to continually improve and refine our restaurant operations
- Ensure our products are delicious, craveable, and #instaworthy
- Ensure our customers leave with a smile and RING OUR BELL
