The Pricing & Process Leader for the Isolation Valves (ISV) business is a strategic role responsible for leading pricing execution activities within the ANZ region of ISV. The objective of the role is to maximize margin through the optimization of pricing guidance, ensuring its front-line execution and eliminating pricing leakages.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Proactively contribute to achieving margin targets through pricing, cost control and transactional efficiency through the availability of standard pricing
- Leading the review and maintenance of Fixed Pricing Agreements (FPA)
- Supporting Product Strategic Business Units with necessary data and analysis in developing, introducing and optimizing price lists and discount structures ("pricing guidance"), including proposals of necessary revisions
- Conducting regular analysis and audits to enable full visibility of the current pricing discipline
- Ensuring all pricing master data is in the respective systems and is up to date
- Proactively identify areas across ISV for improvement in price realization and submitting proposals to achieve them
- Facilitating pricing performance management thorough administration of pricing reports, preparation of pricing reviews, etc.
- Monitoring DOA enforcement, conduct DOA effectiveness analysis and propose necessary revisions
- Assisting Sales in account profitability reviews and quote preparations
- Highlighting cost issues and proactively engage with manufacturing in their resolution
- Communicating and distribute pricing documents to business stakeholders
- Supporting successful pricing software implementation and administration
- Prepare and conduct pricing related Sales training and updates

**HSE Requirements**:

- Have or gain a working knowledge of current HSE statutory and Corporate expectations and their implications.
- Have or gain a working knowledge of business and departmental HSE risks and their control measures.
- Have or gain a working knowledge of HSE risk management techniques.
- Provide exemplary leadership in Health, Safety and Environmental performance.
- Communicate HSE expectations to subordinates and contractors so they are known and complied with.
- Monitor HSE performance of work activities.

To be considered for this role you will have strong quantitative analysis skills, the ability to think laterally, communicate and collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders, and a drive for performance. Ideally you will have experience in pricing management and value-based pricing.
