Are you an experienced Certificate III or Diploma qualified Educator looking to join a phenomenal team of exceptional, qualified Early Childhood professionals and be supported and encouraged to excel and further develop your Early Childhood career?

**_ This is a Full-Time role working 38hours per week Monday to Friday on rotating roster - there is also the option to work a condensed 4 day week._**

**About Us**

Our purpose-built childcare and kindergarten centre in Broadbeach Waters offers innovative early learning programs in a safe, nurturing environment. Children will enjoy our spacious outdoor environments with supervised risky play, vegetable and fruit gardens, water and sand play, and large shaded areas. Indoors, we provide age-appropriate equipment and resources. Our experienced team of early childhood educators, many of whom boast over 20 years of experience, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our centre. We host community visitors, including the police department and nearby schools, and encourage family participation. Little Big Sports visits weekly to support children’s physical development.

We proudly cater to up to 75 children with operating hours from 6.30am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday. It's where the fun never stops

**About You**
- You will hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services
- An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A current Working with Children Check
- First Aid certificate
