We are extremely excited to be expanding our team and are seeking a **Head Coach/Manager** and **Casual Trainer(s)**to join Fitstop Innaloo. Fitstop is a group functional fitness facility rapidly expanding with over 99 open locations across Australia. We have a result driven, lifestyle-inspired approach to health and fitness.Our trainers provide a hands-on approach to ensure our members are continually progressing and striving to reach their full potential. We are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for health and fitness and wants to make a positive impact on peoples’ lives.

**Qualifications and experience - Manager/Head Coach**:
To be successful in this position you would possess the below key components:

- Natural Leader
- Great communication skills - ability to educate and upskill coworkers and members
- Background or higher qualifications in Strength & Conditioning
- Ability to inspire and build a community
- Great with social media
- content creation
- Prior experience in sales and business development
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience with managing social platforms and community management
- Understanding of day to day business operations
- Previous experience in Personal Training (preferred but not essential)
- Certificate III and IV in fitness (preferred but not essential)
- Flexibility and willingness to step outside the bounds of the role
- Creativity, drive and initiative
- Work well as part of a team

**Trainer**

**About the role - Trainer**:
Our team is the face of our business; they play an integral part in our growth and success. As part of the Fitstop team you will be surrounded by a strong and passionate community, while working alongside the Fitstop Innaloo owners, trainers and our members your key responsibility will be to inspire our members through exceptional group training sessions, you will have a strong focus on member growth and retention by building and maintaining relationships with members and the local community. In turn, you will receive workplace flexibility and continuous personal and professional development to advance your career progression. Additional to taking group training sessions, you have the freedom to run personal training sessions (outside of group training sessions) rent free.

**Qualifications and experience - Coach**:
To be successful in this position you would possess the below key components:

- Certificate III and IV in Fitness
- Previous experience in personal training, preferably group training (preferred but not essential)
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Exceptional Customer Service and Sales skills
- Experience with managing social platforms and community management
- Flexibility and willingness to step outside the bounds of the role
- Creativity, drive and initiative
- Highly motivated and have a passion to succeed
- Work well as part of a team
- High level of integrity

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
