- 253505**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the CFPO to lead the development of a change management plan considering the change details and the affected groups across all work streams.
- Identify potential employee-side risks and anticipate resistance to change.
- Develop specific plans to address areas of concern to mitigate risks.
- Work with the CFPO to design the overall communication strategy for change initiatives.
- Implement and monitor the overall communication strategy for change initiatives.
- Support the implementation of the plans by workstream leaders and employee-facing managers.
- Work with the respective work streams in integrating change actions into the actual overall project plan.
- Support the delivery and management of communications over the course of the change process.
- Guide charge planning and help steer where changes to the plan need to be made.
- Coach senior leaders to help them fulfil the role of change sponsor.
- Support and coach all levels of managers as they help their direct reports through the relevant transitions.
- Support work streams in integrating change management activities into their respective project plans.
- Consider and provide support to management to enact the desired culture change required as a result of the change initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in HR or other relevant discipline and/or extensive experience in delivering and supporting complex and strategic organizational change projects.
- Demonstrated experience and hands-on experience in supporting organization-wide strategic change management activities in complex organizational change projects.
- Experience with managing change analyses, Change Impact assessments, identifying organizational readiness, and risks to support the implementation of change activities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills, engaging with key stakeholders, including at the executive and senior management levels.
- Experience in developing and facilitating change-related training and workshops.
- A track record of implementing and embedding successful business-wide change management initiatives.
- Proven coaching experience at peer and senior management levels to support leaders to effectively implement and embed change within their teams.
- Demonstrated experience in creating presentations and reports for communication with different audiences.
- Project management experience desirable.
