We are seeking an experienced **SAP Functional Analyst** **(ERP HR)** to assist the Corporate Systems team in supporting the design, analysis, build, testing and implementation of its projects

Please note we can only consider Australian Citizens with a minimum AGSVA security clearance of Baseline.

**About you**

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

- Perform ICT solution reviews fo SAP HR solutions.
- Coach DHS resources to continue to build our expertise in the SAP HR environment.
- Oversee the planning, detailed design and delivery of quality solutions for SAP HR.
- Participate as a key member of the ICT development team to provide the functional deliverables for the project.
- Develop innovative and creative solutions based on interpretation and analysis of business requirements.
- Convert business requirements to system design and technical specifications.
- Engage, liaise and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Baseline Security Clearance
- At least five years demonstrated current SAP configuration experience in one or more of the following SAP HR modules in an Australian Public Sector environment.
- Personal Administration
- Organisation Management
- Time Management
- Payroll
- Performance Management
- Learning Management System
- Public Sector Leave Management
- Demonstrated ability and experience in preparation of detailed functional design specifications, requirement traceability, testing documentation and other implementation documentation.
- Demonstrated ability and experience in preparation of detailed functional design specifications, requirement traceability, testing documentation and other implantation documentation.
- Experience with SAP Read Access Logging functionality.
