Are you ready to take the lead in shaping the future of health information management? We’re seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to spearhead our Health Information Services. With a team of 25 dedicated professionals under your guidance, you’ll oversee Clinical Coding, Medical Transcription, Release of Information, and Health Information Management, driving excellence in every aspect.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring excellence in all health information services.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives, ensuring top-notch data integrity and clinical coding accuracy.
- Coordinate critical data submissions, working with external partners and health funds.
- Oversee the design and management of medical record forms, aligning with industry standards.
- Manage information release requests and ensure timely, accurate transcription services.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Qualifications**: A Bachelor Degree in Health Science/Business (Health Administration - Health Information Management) and eligibility for HIMAA membership.
- **Experience**: Proven expertise in health information management at a senior level, particularly in clinical coding (ICD, AR-DRGs), form design, and auditing.
- **Leadership**: A strong track record of leading teams, driving quality and safety standards, and collaborating effectively with IT and clinical teams.
