Kieser is an integrated **Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, Strength & Conditioning Clinic **with a team of **Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Exercise Scientists**.

**Kieser Norwood** are looking for a Client Advisor to join their team **part time**, with the opportunity to **grow into a full-time role**.

**Job Description**:
Client Advisors are Kieser’s concierge service. We’re **energetic, positive, friendly** and outgoing people with **exceptional customer service, sales and communication skills**. We have an **A+ attitude**, an **eye for detail** and are the go-to person to answer questions and **solve problems** for our clients and colleagues.

**As a Client Advisor you will**:

- Coordinate appointments / manage clinic diary
- Process client payments (EFT, HiCaps, cash, online payments)
- Promote Kieser’s services
- Provide administrative support to our team and the clinic
- Host our clients like they’re your favourite dinner guests
- Deliver outstanding client experiences

We are looking for someone who thrives working in a** busy, client-facing environment**. This role is ideal for someone looking to join a **high-performing team**, that is interested in healthcare and **living an active lifestyle**.

**Qualifications**:

- Essential: Year 12 graduate
- Essential: Experience using software systems and computers
- Preferred: Experience processing card payments & cash handling
- Preferred: 1+ year experience in customer service, hosting or reception
- Preferred: Experience in medical, allied health or fitness environment
