**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Site Coordinator to join a dynamic team at Gunning Wind Farm. You will provide support for wind farm activities and support the Fleet Manager with HSEQ, risk and compliance requirements, operational excellence, document management, reporting, and warehouse management.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide operational administration support to the Fleet Manager and site team
- General office administrative assistance; data entry, archiving, filing, ordering office equipment etc.
- Taking minutes for site meetings
- Assist with warehouse requirements; receipting of stock, failed parts returns, keeping the warehouse management system (WMS) accurate etc.
- Assist the Fleet Manager in the completion of reports KPIs, monitoring performance
- Communication, consultation and coordination of site activities with contractors and visitors
- Maintain key compliance records and registers
- Report on monthly and ad hoc HSEQ performance across the site, including contractors

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous administrative support role
- Experience working with external service providers
- Competent with using Microsoft Office software and databases and the ability to learn new systems
- Team player with strong customer service approach, willing to help colleagues
- High levels of organization and attention to detail
- Current NSW or equivalent Australian state driver’s license
