- **Hourly Rate**:$39.17 + Super

**The role**:
You will be responsible for coordinating the health, welfare, and social requirements of self-care customers, as well as cultivating and sustaining vibrant, active village communities. You'll also play a key role in facilitating communication between Community Village residents and management, while assisting new residents in smoothly integrating into village life.

In this role, you will work closely with the Village Service Coordinator in Hughes/ Queanbeyan, providing support both onsite and remotely.

Although you will possess prior experience in a customer care related role, you will be provided with ongoing training and support that begins with our comprehensive 3 day Onboarding program.

**To be successful you will need**:

- Management experience in a customer/ care related field
- Genuine regard for older persons and an understanding of their needs
- Demonstrated planning & organisational skills
- Current First Aid Certificate
- High level of communication & Interpersonal skills
- Current NSW Drivers licence
- **Travel will be required between Warrigal sites across NSW/ ACT**
