**What You'll Do**:
As a Field Service Technician your responsibilities will include:

- 100% commitment to personal and business safety
- Testing of lifting equipment on and off-site inspections
- Maintenance and service repairs on products
- Providing excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
- DIDO or FIFO to customer sites when and as required
- Collaborating with the support team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution

What you will bring with you:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting
- Demonstrated experience in manufacturing - preferred but not essential
- Valid driver's license - DIDO will be required and ability for possible FIFO
- Ability to work in a sometimes physically demanding role and at heights
- Flexibility and availability to travel. This is not a set roster due to us providing a service to our customers as and when they need.
