**About the role**

ASD Community Support Service is seeking an experienced Behaviour Analyst/Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA)/Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) to join our dedicated team in Burwood, NSW. This full-time position will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families, focusing on the development and implementation of evidence-based behavioural intervention programs.

**What you'll be doing**
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the unique needs, strengths, and behavioural challenges of individuals with ASD
- Design and implement individualised behaviour intervention plans, incorporating the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, occupational therapists, and speech pathologists, to deliver holistic care
- Provide training and support to families, caregivers, and support staff to ensure the consistent implementation of behaviour strategies
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behaviour intervention programmes, making adjustments as needed
- Participate in regular team meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities
- Maintain detailed client records and comply with all relevant organisational policies and procedures
- Supervise and train the behaviour technicians in both technical and leadership skills

**What we're looking for**
- Master's degree or equivalent in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Current BCBA or CBA certification
- Substantial experience (minimum 3 years) in providing behaviour analytic services to children with ASD
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing evidence-based behaviour intervention programmes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and organisational skills
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field
- Demonstrated leadership in building and managing high-performing teams

Pay: From $110,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (required)
