**Your Mission**:

- Own category strategies—balance cost, quality, risk & responsible sourcing
- Run RFx, lead negotiations & build next‑level supplier relationships
- Work across R&D, Technical, Supply Chain & Marketing to align on needs
- Spot sustainability wins—packaging, carbon footprint, lower impact materials
- Turn data and trends into action & better decisions

**What You Bring**:

- 3+ years in strategic procurement/sourcing (FMCG, healthcare, or similar)
- Strong analytical, negotiation & stakeholder engagement skills
- Sleek with tools like SAP, D365 & Excel; bonus if versed in ESG metrics
