**About the role**:
A newly created opportunity for a Marketing Planner, dedicated to our CRM/Lifecycle marketing activity has arisen within our passionate and energetic Brand Digital & Design team.

**What you’ll be doing**:
Reporting to our Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you’ll support to deliver the end-to-end customer communications within the Coles lifecycle journey and track performance to shift key customer metrics.

**You’ll also**:

- Support strategy development for customer and business audiences, while delivering and enhancing all communications on direct marketing channels
- Work with data and insights, technology, creative and fellow marketers to deliver the right message at the right time to the right customer
- Drive brilliant customer experiences and shift key customer metrics including monthly active shoppers, traffic, and revenue.

**What you bring**:
Tertiary qualified in Advertising/Marketing/Business, you have 2+ years’ experience in CRM and digital marketing. You’ve worked on brands that have loyalty and/or customer retention programs and come from a fast paced corporate or digital agency background. Passionate and energetic, you’re known for your exceptional project / campaign management and delivery skills.

**You’ll also need**:

- Experience delivering personalised and/or lifecycle marketing communications
- 1:1 marketing expertise across digital channels
- Experience with customer segmentation & targeting
- Experience operating within a complex, fast paced environment (preferable)
- Martech literacy, exposure to data and tech integrations (preferable)
