**Wednesday - 3.30pm - 6.00pm**

**Saturday - 8.00am - 5.00pm**

**1st / 2nd April 8.30am - 5.30pm**

**13th / 14th April 8.30pm - 5.30pm**

**18th April 8.30am - 5.30pm**

**Tuesday to Thursday 3.30PM - 6.00PM**

**Allcare Disabilities Australia** is a growing NDIS disability service provider operating in New South Wales and supports participants in all local government areas. Our passionate and dedicated employees work with our participants with all aspects of their daily lives including:

- Social and Community Participation
- In home supports (including domestic assistance and personal/self-care)
- Supported Accommodation (SIL& SDA)
- Day Programs.
- Vacation Care

This includes supporting them to meet their individual goals, improving their social inclusion, relationship building and achieving a higher level of independence through ongoing capacity building assistance.

Experience in mental health with a minimum of 1 years experience is desirable but not essential.

Role Activities
Work with the Operations Coordinator to implement participant’s individualised goals.
- Assist participants to access their local community and attend appointments as required.
- Assist participants to complete their personal/self-care routine and activities.
- Provide capacity building assistance (eg. travel training/financial management) - where applicable.
- Support their independence through guidance of decision making.
- Monitor client’s behaviour and oversee the implementation of their activities.
- Maintain a high standard of incident reports, including submission of daily progress notes.
- Support clients needs through clear communication and interpersonal abilities.

Role Requirements - (Must Have )
- **Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.**:

- **Australian Driving Licence and full comprehensive insurance.**:

- **Working with Children Check (WWCC).**:

- **NDIS Worker Screening Check or National Police Check.**:

- **Prior experience working with mental health supports and supporting younger persons.**:

- **Possess a smartphone device to use online rostering and information system.**

**Salary**: $25.00 - $36.00 per hour
