Ventia has been awarded a new water contract to deliver preventative, corrective, and reactive maintenance along with Electrical, Mechanical and Instrumentational services across the Seqwater network.**Ventia **will provide service excellence across 35 water treatment plants, 95 pump stations and 26 referable dams.**What we Offer you**

**About the Role**
- Our **Maintenance Managers** will oversee the maintenance programs across designated regions. Leading a team of Mechanical and Electrical Supervisors and trades you will have focus on people management, KPI’s and performance and submitting business cases on continuous improvements.**Key Responsibilities**
- Meeting with clients to understand their needs and expectations with clear communication
- Update the schedules/planners and other regional Maintenance Managers on progress, ensuring all are informed and aligned
- Monitoring and adjusting schedules to respond to changes in workload
- Compile necessary data to support contractual success, including compliance, safety and reporting breakdowns.
- People management including conflict resolution, training and development & performance management and leading safety culture

**About you**
- Relevant trade qualification such as Mechanical or Electrical
- Experience managing large, dispersed trades across large asset maintenance contracts
- Experience in computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS) such as Mainpac, Maximio and or similar
- Certificate in Frontline Leadership (Advantageous)
- C Class drivers licence (mandatory)
