**Who are we looking for?**

Queensland University of Technology (QUT) is seeking a Program Facilitator, QUT Entrepreneurship to join QUT Entrepreneurship, Education Portfolio, Academic Division.

The Program Facilitator works collaboratively to develop and deliver innovative and engaging entrepreneurial learning activities and events to a range of audiences from high school students through to academic staff. The Program Facilitator will play a dynamic role in the QUT Entrepreneurship team, bringing their understandings of and proven experience in, conceptualising, creating and delivering experiential learning in online and in person environments. The Program Facilitator develops productive relationships to underpin students’ skill development. Work outside the normal span of hours (Mon-Fri 8:00 am to 6:00 pm) may be required on occasion.

You will demonstrate:

- Education, training and/or experience equivalent to the completion of a degree in a field where entrepreneurship is a focus with subsequent relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in engaging adults in innovative and engaging learning experiences.
- Evidence of the impact of learning facilitation.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively across a range of mediums and channels to generate enthusiasm and commitment to learning.
- Excellent organisational skills, willingness to collaborate and capacity to prioritise tasks with competing deadlines.
- A demonstrated commitment to working in a team, taking responsibility and being accountable for action.
