**What do you need to have?**
- Certificate III Individual Support or Similar
- COVID Vaccination (including booster)
- Flu Vaccine (applicable to some worksites)
- Current Police Check and NDIS Clearance or willingness to obtain these.
- Reliable access to means of transportation & smartphone

**What will you be doing?**
- Responsible for the daily care of older Australians.
- Completion of care documentation.
- Assisting with meal consumption and monitoring nutrition.
- Family and resident education.
- Practicing excellent Infection control and prevention.
- Facilitating residents to be as independent as possible.
- Assisting residents to live their best life
