As Australia’s largest recycler, our extensive network of recycling operations is integrated with our manufacturing sites. We collect and sort recyclable materials like paper, cardboard, glass, plastics and metals from households and businesses, and locally remanufacture them back into new, sustainable packaging.

**The opportunity**:

- **Service Delivery**: Meet service levels for contracts, and resolve issues within agreed timeframes.
- **Driver Management**: Ensure driver training, compliance with systems, and maintain staff levels and performance through KPIs.
- **Fleet Management**: Maintain vehicle standards, scheduled maintenance, and comply with procurement processes.
- **Cost Management**: Stay within budget for repairs, labour, and route efficiencies, and develop profit improvement plans.
- **Health, Safety & Environment**: Comply with safety policies, address non-compliance, and assist with operational issue resolution.

**What you will bring to the team**:

- HR License required as a minimum
- Proven experience in fleet management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP software is an advantage.
- A commitment to safety and environmental standards.
