**About You**

You will be a results driven sales professional with proven background in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Ideally you will have worked in a state / multi-state role and within either the tyre, automotive or retail industries. Alternatively, you may be a driven sales professional with a passion for all things automotive. To be successful in this role you will be:

- Have a resilient & positive attitude
- Self-motivated & driven to succeed in a challenging environment
- Proactive in nature and able to adapt to changing business requirement
- A natural communicator with the ability to influence and enhance relationships
- 3+ years’ experience as a Sales Representative or Business Development Manager
- Tyre or Automotive industry background preferred
- Experience in multi-layer customer sales management
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to be open to travel interstate if required

**About the role**

Reporting to Fleet Major Account Manager - OE, this role is responsible for business development, sales, and services to OE customers across Victoria.

The role is responsible for the following:

- Utilising strategic account management processes
- Maximise the sales opportunities in existing accounts
- Building new relationships and finding new opportunities to grow the Goodyear brand and customer portfolio
- Provide exceptional customer service that is targeted and fit for purpose to build and maintain relationships
- Achieving regional sales targets and goals
- Implement profitable acquisition strategies to increase the customer base of the specific industry sector
- Regular analysis of sales reports and market conditions
- Maintaining a focus on compliance and controls by ensuring the correct processes are adhered
