We are looking for detail-oriented reservation agents to join our team in helping to continue to set the benchmark in the industry.

**THE ROLE**

Your role as a Reservations Consultant working with Travel Agents or directly with Passengers, is to process all enquiries and booking requests effectively in a fast paced environment. From making the initial sales, booking flights, accommodation, transfers and upselling, you are responsible for all aspects of bookings.
- Recommending additional add-ons and tour experiences to enhance the customers experience on tour
- Booking flights to package with our tours
- Handling complaints and booking issues as they arise to get a satisfactory result for customers
- Building relationship with customers and our agency partners to give them peace of mind that everything is taken care of and build loyalty
- Being flexible to adapt to ever changing situations as they arise

**For those located in Victoria, there is the opportunity to work in our head office in Cheltenham and from home**

**ABOUT YOU**
- You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Have experience working with various GDS platforms &/or booking systems - preferably Sabre
- Travel industry experience or relevant qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail is a must
- Ability to deal with last minute changes which increase workload
- Willingness to continually learn and grow
