We have undergone a significant transformation over the last three years, and the Head of eCommerce has the opportunity to play a critical role in our next phase growth.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, we’re looking for a hands-on, dynamic and progressive Head of eCommerce to design and deliver our global eCommerce strategy. Key to your success is your ability to transform our online booking experience designed to increase direct sales through building out customer journeys.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering a global eCommerce strategy
- Lead a transformation from a legacy state to a progressive new operating model in eCommerce
- Strong data analytics and financial literacy skills
- Experience working with external technology and marketing partners to deliver results
- Demonstrated experience navigating complex business processes and platforms
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work collaboratively at multiple levels of the organisation to get things done
- Experience in retail or the travel industry is highly desirable
