**Location**: Hillarys Beach Club, Perth, Western Australia
**Type**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual (Flexible hours)

We are a warm and welcoming family-run hospitality venue located in Hillarys, Perth, and we’re looking for a dedicated and motivated **Floor Manager** to join our team. If you're passionate about customer service, enjoy working in a vibrant environment, and have leadership skills, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Supervising and supporting front-of-house staff
- Maintaining a positive and efficient work environment
- Assisting with customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
- Managing reservations and guest expectations

**Key Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a hospitality environment (preferred but not essential)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours (weekends and evenings)
