Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Pool Technician to join an established team on the Sunshine Coast

**Your new company**
Our client has been providing pool cleaning, servicing, equipment installation and repair services to residents and businesses for over 30 years. Their services include scheduled and one-off pool cleaning and servicing (weekly, fortnightly, and monthly), green pool and algae removal, maintenance, and repair of faulty equipment (including mobile and workshop repairs), and installation of new and replacement pool equipment.

**Your new role**

Reporting directly to the Technical Manager, the Pool Technician role involves tasks associated with, but not limited to:

- All aspects of pool cleaning, servicing and repairs - working with both Residential & Commercial pools
- Water testing and balancing with relevant chemicals
- Installation of pool equipment and/or parts
- Diagnosis / troubleshooting faults & problems
- Providing expert advice to customers on pool maintenance
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory.

**What you'll need to succeed**

The successful applicant will ideally have several years of experience as a pool service technician, as well as:

- Strong technical knowledge of swimming pool equipment and systems
- A current Queensland Driver's License
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and a part of a team
- Be able to communicate and liaise in a professional and respectful manner with team members and customers.
- Flexibility to complete shift work based on a changing roster. Hours of work will be 8.00am - 4.30 / 5.00pm each day, however these hours may change if there is an urgent out-of-hours customer requirement.
