We are looking for a Sales Professional to join the WA based team at our Beaconsfield Townhouse project “Nara”

**The Role**

You will be providing an exceptional customer experience throughout the buying process from lead to settlement, ensuring our customers’ have a great experience whilst delivering against project sales targets.

On offer, salary package (base salary & super) plus bonus structure and sales commission.

Full time, permanent position, 5 days/week including full weekend with allocated days off during the week.

**The Project**

Stockland Nara is now under construction with 206 green title and strata medium density townhouses being delivered onsite. First homes are due for completion in mid-2026. Just 900m from South Beach and minutes from Fremantle, Nara offers a rare opportunity to own a boutique townhouse in a connected coastal location.

Crafted in collaboration with Plus Architecture, Nara’s all-electric residences combine modern design with low-maintenance layouts and future-ready sustainability.

**What are we looking for?**
- Previous off the plan residential townhouse or apartments sales experience
- You work well to deadlines and have strong self-management, but can also work under direction when required
- A customer focus is what drives you, experience building and maintaining customer relationships - you truly understand delivering outstanding service and being the customer advocate and an ambassador for Stockland
- Tech savvy, you pick up new systems easily - if you have experience with Salesforce, even better, but we are happy to train you with this
- You will need to have your own reliable transport and clean full drivers’ license
- Flexibility to work, 5-day week/ both days on the weekend role
- Exposure to strata contract and legal administration is advantageous
