Provide support to NDIS participants living in their private homes, helping them maintain independence and enhance their social and daily living skills. Participants typically require assistance between 6am and 10pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend support.
- This role involves low-intensity support to help participants live independently, including tasks such as domestic assistance, meal preparation, medication prompting, transportation, and personal hygiene care (toileting, showering, feeding, etc.).
- You will also offer companionship and social support.
- Experience working with individuals with autism, cerebral palsy, mental health conditions, and high care needs is essential.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $33.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- On call
- Shift work

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- workng with people with disabilities: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)

Work Location: In person
