Come and discover the opportunity to join our** **Orrcon Steel business in our National Customer Service Team based in **Gillman, SA **as a **Customer Service Representative**. Orrcon Steel is a manufacturer of steel tube and pipe and leading Australian steel distributor with nationally_ _recognised brands.

In this varied role, you’ll join our supportive, customer-focused team renowned for providing consistently high levels of customer service. You’ll interact with our national customers and support our local branches, delivering a premium service to our customers and helping our business to increase sales and develop ongoing relationships now and into the future.

When you join our team you will receive a competitive remuneration package including our profit share plan (bonus incentive scheme). This is a Monday to Friday role, working a 38-hour week within the trading hours of 7:30am to 5:30pm.

**What Will You Do?**

This role will offer variety and scope for an enthusiastic team player who enjoys internal sales and customer service, in addition, you will:

- prepare and follow up on customer quotes
- identify opportunities with our customers to provide value-add services
- reach out to new or existing customers to identify potential opportunities to generate further sales growth
- support our external sales teams and branches across Australia
- provide internal support and regular feedback to relevant sales teams regarding customer and competitor information
- resolve issues and seek ways to improve the customer experience

As a self-motivated, quick thinker, you can juggle priorities and enjoy delivering positive outcomes for our customers. In addition, you’ll bring:

- excellent communication and a high standard of customer focus with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
- a can-do attitude and the ability to pick up new and custom IT systems quickly, SAP and Salesforce would be great but not essential, we’ll train you
- a future-focused approach to sales, experience in online ordering and web chat
- high attention to detail and comfortable working with numbers
- a commitment to your own safety and well-being while caring for others
