**Outbound Manager - Rydalmere**

**12 month fixed term opportunity**

**What you’ll do**
Your role is to lead order fulfilment and picking execution at the Endeavour Delivery Subscription warehouse.

In addition, you will:

- Manage the day to day operational performance and outcomes for fulfilment activities.
- Be a proactive communicator and develop partner action plans to improve key outcomes and KPIs.
- Create and implement all operational plans to achieve our customer promise.
- Engage with stakeholders including the internal brands for fulfilment and warehouse operations.
- Work with the Fulfilment Manager to execute the strategic evolution of our Subscription fulfilment strategy.
- Manage the stock on hand volume and productivity in the Warehouse environment in reducing cost to pick and lost time to injury.
- Coordinate the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, and processing.
- Understand volume forecast projections and ensure business partners and teams are aligned and planned to execute our customer commitments.
- Lead and influence a safety culture for our staff contractors and customers.
- Be a connected team member of the Supply Chain team, share experiences, grow relationships, and find opportunities to explore synergies and work end to end as one team and one business.

Ideally you will demonstrate the following:

- Fulfilment operations background, with store fulfilment experience highly desirable
- Google Workspace proficiency
- Power BI / data studio experience will be well regarded
- Ability to work autonomously within a team environment
- Initiative, flexible and able to work under pressure
- Good problem solving skills
- Strong communication both written and verbal
- Highly organised and efficient
- Able to stay focused and calm in a high pressure, fast paced environment
