**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide a welcoming and professional service to all guests, ensuring their dining or event experience is seamless and memorable.
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Deliver exceptional service, anticipating guest needs to exceed expectations.

**Dining Service**:

- Present menus, explain dishes and beverages and offer tailored recommendations, including signature cocktails/mocktails, tea and wine pairings.
- Ensure timely and accurate order-taking, food delivery, and table maintenance.
- Maintain high table setup and cleanliness standards for both regular dining and private events.

**Event and Private Dining Support**:

- Assist in setting up and managing events and private dining experiences, including coordinating with event organizers and ensuring smooth service flow.
- Provide specialized service during events, accommodating specific guest needs while adhering to the luxury dining standard.
- Collaborate with the team to prepare event spaces, ensuring they meet client specifications and One Dining’s quality standards.

**Key Skills and Requirements**
- **At least 1 year of experience in a premium dining or fine dining restaurant.**:

- **Alternatively, a minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.**:

- A strong understanding of food and beverage service, including event and private dining etiquette.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and professionalism.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- **Mandarin speaking skills are considered an advantage.**

**Essential Qualifications**
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Experience with event hosting or private dining service is highly desirable.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $30.13 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 38 per week
