**About the Role**
- Work with the Head of Employment and Regional Managers to maximise contract performance through operational improvement- Interpret and operationalise contractual obligations and performance targets set by the government authority and developing strategies to implement-
- Develop program frameworks and service delivery models which align to strategic and operational requirementsProvide effective leadership, mentoring and direction to the Employment Team with a focus on supporting the team to grow, develop and lift program performance within the division-
- Cultivate and lead a service culture within the team and broader division that is focussed on safe best practice employment disability supports and customer experience**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Proven experience in a senior operational management role with demonstrated skills in business and financial management
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Employment Services Industry
- Deep understanding of the government funded employment programs and an ability to interpret contract requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead change within a complex services environment
- Demonstrated experience leading both strategic and operational objectives
- Demonstrated ability to manage a proactive, diverse team and create a positive, inclusive work culture
