Exceptional opportunity now available for a motivated and talented Legal Assistant to work close to home in this highly regarded Family Law Firm based in Dandenong.

**About the role....**

As an integral member of this friendly and supportive Firm you'll be required to provide administrative and secretarial support to a delightful Principal and their team. You'll also enjoy variety as well as the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities if you wish to do so

**Some of your day to day tasks will include but not limited to;**
- arranging meetings and appointments
- opening and closing files
- typing and dictaphone typing of legal documents
- invoicing
- liaising with clients
- reception and general office administration

**Skills and experience we'd love....**

Our client is seeking a client focussed and pro-active Legal Assistant with experience in a similar role together with the following attributes;
- strong attention to detail
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- advanced MS Office and typing skills
- the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
