We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team and take ownership of the ERP/HCM projects within our major IT transformation program. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for integrating these systems into our business and ensuring their smooth operation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take ownership of the ERP/HCM projects within the larger program of work and ensure their successful delivery
- Work with project stakeholders to define and deliver project outcomes that meet business requirements
- Design and implement technical solutions that align with business needs and IT strategies
- Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to project teams
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to project stakeholders
- Provide technical expertise and support to other teams as required

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of [number] years of experience in a technical leadership role
- Strong experience in Microsoft technologies, including but not limited to:

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources
- Microsoft Power Platform
- Azure Services

- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
