We have recently started providing our services for premium aged care facilities across the South-East Melbourne Area and are currently seeking **hardworking**, **reliable** and **friendly **team members who have great communication skills to join our team at **Jewish Care facilities in St Kilda, Carnegie and Cauflied Areas**.**

**The positions**
- Casual and Part Time positions, Monday to Friday.
- Shifts between 6am to 12pm.
- To commence from mid-November

As a member our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within each residential home, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents and other workers.

**Requirements**:
As you will be working within an aged care environment, you will need to provide proof of the below compliance documentation as part of the recruitment process:

- Right to Work in Australia
- A valid Police Check
- Necessary vaccinations (3 doses of Covid-19 vaccination and 2024 Flu vaccine).
- Willingness to take a free covid test on site at the start of each working day and wear mask throughout the entire shift.

**Some of your key responsibilities will include**:

- Completing vacuuming, waste removal, dusting, wiping, mopping, and / or washroom cleaning across common / public areas and within resident rooms.
- Working in a safe manner that does not disrupt others.
- Completing equipment checks.
- Following instructions from your Supervisor / Manager and reporting any issues.

To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate that you are a **team player** with a **strong customer service **skills** and an ability to **follow directions** and **work autonomously**. Experience in cleaning is not essential as all training to complete your role effectively and safely will be provided.
