QLD Rehab Healthcare Solutions are leaders in the field of supplying mobility and rehabilitation equipment for sale and hire to individuals, aged care facilities, Occupational Therapists, DVA clients, and QLD Health.

We are currently searching for a Store Supervisor, based in our Tweed Heads Store.

Everyday, your work directly impacts our customers by providing the essential equipment they need to improve their everyday life.

As the Store Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of staff in delivering excellence in customer service and ensuring efficient processes.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Lead by example, upholding company values and promoting positive interactions with customers, stakeholders, and internal staff.
- Effectively manage and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers, promoting sales in alignment with company KPIs.
- Coordinate deliveries and assign job tasks to staff to ensure timely completion of workloads.
- Forecast sales figures and manage showroom stock levels to meet inventory requirements.
- Redesign the showroom layout regularly to maintain a fresh and appealing display.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, train new team members, and develop store procedures for consistent operations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a retail environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Knowledge of healthcare and mobility equipment is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Winward software or similar systems is a plus.
- Ability to work well within a team and independently.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
