The Children and Parenting program provides early intervention, preventative services and programs. Using a whole of family approach to resource, educate, support and skill parents to improve developmental and wellbeing outcomes for children and families.

The Youth Enhanced Service (YES) provides a service to advance the extent and quality of care provided to young people at risk of, or who are experiencing mental illness.

**What’s the role?**
- Responsible for the implementation, leadership and integration of the following programs: Counselling, Children and Parenting and Youth Enhanced Services

**Is this the right role for you?**
- Relevant qualifications in Counselling, Psychology, Community Services or Social Work (or related field) with a minimum two years’ experience in relevant practice and team leadership.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills encompassing report and case note writing
- Demonstrated cultural competency, particularly in working with Indigenous people
- Application of a high level of discipline knowledge
- NT PHN/RWA NT may be able to offer relocation support and clinical educational financial assistance to health professionals who are relocating to the NT or moving within the NT to a greater remoteness area classification for the purposes of employment and further clinical education.
