You are

You will
- Assist the Bar Manager
- Transmit the guidelines and the priorities to the bar team: staff organization, bar logistics, respect of the material, supervision of the bar
- Be responsible for the administration of stock, the consumables, linen, and bar equipment
- Supervise the bar team before, during and after the service (set up, cleaning up etc)
- Organize, lead, train and develop the restaurant team
- Welcome clients in the bar, serve them and be aware of their needs
- Organize, lead, train and develop the bar team
