We are expanding our Sydney team and seeking an energetic, creative, and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Retail Sales Assistant to support the Australian owner and designer at our prestigious location in The Rocks Precinct.

**About the role**

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will ensure a high level of customer service while catering to our high-profile clientele.
- This multi-faceted role allows you to contribute to various aspects of the business
- Including digital marketing, e-commerce sales, and social media.
- In addition, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our designer, receiving mentorship and gaining valuable skills in the fashion industry.

Please note that this role involves facilitating a bespoke custom measurement service exclusively for our female clients, where hand measurements will be taken by our staff.

**Your day to day**
- Provide a warm welcome and personalized experience for our celebrity and high-profile clients.
- Assist in the management and maintenance of our Shopify website (no prior experience necessary, as training will be provided).
- Contribute to the management of our social media accounts.
- Facilitate administrative tasks such as client lists and order lists.
- Conduct stocktaking activities.

**About You**
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively engage with individuals at all levels.
- Passionate and enthusiastic about the fashion industry.
- Keen eye for luxury style, clothing, and visual merchandising.
- Creative, positive, and critical thinker.
- Well-groomed, possessing good manners, and a nicely spoken demeanor.
- Experience using MacOS and Microsoft Excel preferred
- Prior experience in high-end retail an advantage
- Flexibility to work rotational rosters and weekends as required

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
