**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Engage with potential customers in a face-to-face sales environment across both **B2B**and **residential sales** campaigns.

- **Senior Sales Agent** - Step up, lead by example, and access uncapped commissions.
- **Sales Trainer** - Teach others to succeed while refining your leadership skills.
- **Team Leader** - Run your own squad of 5 and build your leadership experience.
- **Executive Manager** - Oversee a team of 10 and develop backend management skills.
- **Campaign Manager** - Own a campaign, lead a team, and prove you’ve got what it takes to drive results.

**What You’ll Need to Succeed**
- Full-time and full working rights in Australia (no student or part-time visas)
- Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset
- A drive to succeed and the resilience to push through challenges
- Professional level of English
