**About the Role**:
Join our dynamic team in a pivotal role, supporting the growth of Origin's Loop Virtual Power Plant (VPP). As a Content Designer, you'll play a crucial part in developing digital content and executing customer marketing activities. Your responsibilities include crafting engaging blog posts, eDMs, and landing page content, aligning with Future Energy's strategic initiatives and quarterly OKRs. This is a 12-month contract opportunity, with the ability to extend/convert to permanent.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop informative blog posts, landing page copy, and eDMs for Future Energy products and services.
- Create help, guidance, and advice messaging to support customers in onboarding and new product education.
- Write internal communications collateral, highlighting key developments within Future Energy.
- Develop WordPress-based web page builds in alignment with CX/UX guidelines.
- Brief internal Design and Brand teams for digital asset creation.
- Ensure content consistency across channels following Origin's style-guide.

**About You**:

- Content development or lifecycle marketing experience.
- Writing proficiency for diverse audiences and marketing asset development.
- Familiarity with marketing design briefing, CMS, and web publishing.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Customer advocacy and a pragmatic 'can-do' attitude.

Desirable Skills:

- Industry experience in utilities, clean technology, telco, banking, or similar sectors.
- Knowledge of web analytics insights and personalization orchestration platforms.
- Understanding of UX principles.
