**Tassal** Seafood Shop**:
Based in Salamanca Square, our seafood shop is located in one of Hobart’s most vibrant and historic retail precincts.

**About the role**

You’ll lead with an inclusive, outcome-focused mindset. You’ll be responsible for team management, sales performance, forecasting, budgeting, P&L oversight, and rostering; delivering exceptional results for our people, business, and customers.
- Develop, implement and manage a strategic retail plan
- Prepare and monitor budgets; drive sales and profit through inventory control, visual merchandising, and marketing. and maximise sales and profit through inventory management, visual merchandising and marketing
- Identify and support community engagement opportunties.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to grow our end-user customer base.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
- Support continuous improvement across our retail spaces through cross-functional collaboration.
- Build and maintain a strong safety culture and drive best practice in retail operations.
- Actively engage and educate customers and the wider community about our products and practices.
