**Who You'll Be...**

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to join and lead our iconic Canberra team in a Part-Time role, based at 29 hours per week - offering you that flexible work/life balance we all crave

**Key Responsibilities...**
- Be hands on and a strong leader with the ability to motivate, coach and mentor a team to achieve success
- Value your customers & team and show pride in all Thasos represents
- Be accountable in leading a team of full time and casual staff
- Be forthright in ensuring the store is meeting its targets and the staff are reaching their KPIs
- Sales Sales Sales
- Ensure all staff are consistently delivering exceptional customer service
- Responsibility for rotating rosters, merchandising and liaising with Head Office regularly.
- Meet deadlines related to reports & paperwork
- Display a work hard/play hard attitude and have **FUN**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- People Management: 2 years (preferred)
- Retail: 2 years (preferred)
