**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**

Due to exciting business growth, we have a newly created role for a motivated and reliable team member to join our **Field Service Technician** team to support our Customer First Philosophy.

This role will see you provide professional inspection and testing services to our customers, both externally and internally whilst delivering technical advice within the scope of our expertise.

We have our own Learning and Development Team of Experts that focus on your development, build your career and ensure we deliver our customer promise.

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- On and off-site inspections and testing of lifting equipment
- Maintenance and service repairs on products
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide advice on our products
- 100% commitment to personal and business safety
- Liaise with customers, their employees and work on their worksites

To be successful, you will have:

- A demonstrated technical service experience is desirable but not essential
- Flexibility for regular travel to customer sites (this could be up to 2 weeks at a time)
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Problem solving and time management skills
- The ability to develop strong professional relationships
- The ability to work autonomously
- A willingness to work in a sometimes physically demanding role
- The ability to work at heights is desirable but not essential
- Drivers licence
