**Position Overview**:
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager you will work as part of a collaborative and professional maintenance team, ensuring our spectacular hotel delivers the best possible experience for our guests. The Maintenance Supervisor position ensures the continued high standard of presentation and operation of the Hotels building and services. The Maintenance Supervisor will be dedicated to delivering the Crystalbrook Collection Service Standards and ensuring our assets are maintained in optimum condition at all times.

**About You**:

- A strong motivation for delivering excellence with a natural ambition and collaborative approach to teamwork
- A solid understanding of the importance of WH&S and the ability to manage and monitor multiple maintenance projects simultaneously
- Excellent communications skills, attention to detail and a collaborative team spirit
- Strong financial and administration skills along with the desire to be part of a forward thinking, innovative and growing company
