**A snippet about the role**

You are a hands-on administrator to lead and drive how JIRA and Confluence is used across the business. You will work closely with capability leads with the Tech and Delivery teams. A key component you will manage is to support the upgrade of the Atlassian suite to cloud and be the SME for a significant program of work.

You will be the point of contact for the maintenance, administration & enhancements to JIRA & Confluence which includes automation of set ups, reporting and dashboards. Creating workflows and processes is what gets you out of bed on a morning. You love setting up projects ensuring they are aligned to standard procedure.

You love creating training documents and educating others.

Training and developing people to use the system to the best of its ability is your jam You have killer communication skills and enjoy problem solving all the queries that arise. You enjoy building roadmaps to envision and enhance current systems from on-premise to cloud.

**Skills we are on the hunt for**
- Successful JIRA and Confluence system administrator
- Advising delivery teams on appropriate JIRA configuration including custom fields, workflows, and screen schemes using a consultative approach
- Transition to Cloud instance from on-premise
- Enterprise Agile Frameworks and hands on understanding of scrum, Kanban and other core agile concepts
- PMLC & SDLC understanding of how projects run and are managed on an individual / portfolio level
- Solid communication & interpersonal skills to effectively coach a wide range of stakeholders and to facilitate engaging workshops using a variety of techniques
- Ability to provide training/education on tooling
- Input and or/design of frameworks and templates to support delivery
- Entire Atlassian suite, including Bitbucket and Bamboo
- Networking concepts related to the Atlassian stack
- Hands-on experience in REST APIs and JSON and be familiar with Restful API design patterns
- Knowledge of Restful API design patterns
- Supporting large project teams and Centre of Excellence teams
- Change Management and influencing user behaviour
