Let’s care for everyone’s tomorrow so we can create a better future together. **Do you see helping others to grow, a way for you to grow too?** As Team Leader you will be responsible for leading and developing a dedicated team of Case Managers working on our Self Insurance Portfolio to help get injured workers back to health and work. **It will be your responsibility to**: - Coach and lead and monitor the performance of the team to deliver key business objectives and meet outcome measures. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders (i.e. employers, brokers, the account management team, AP Teams and underwritten teams) - Understand key outcome measures and identify opportunities to continuously improve claims team performance - Ensure compliance with our Claims Service Model and implement action plans in response to audits - Navigate through periods of change and complexity ensuring clear direction and support to your team. - Ensure knowledge of legislation is kept up to date to ensure best practice claims management is implemented and followed within the team‎ and leveraged with other business areas. **Important to your success**: - You will have significant experience in managing and leading teams to successfully achieve and exceed performance measures. - Extensive liability or personal injury management expertise, preferably within a Workers Compensation environment. Self-Insurance experience is highly regarded. - Strong understanding of technical and professional knowledge of the NSW Workers Compensation legislation and guidelines.
