**Survey Manager - NSW**
A Small company based just 40 mins from Newcastle are looking for a Survey Manager with a background in Cadastral/ Land Surveying to join their well-respected company.
The company is a privately owned company who are ideally positioned to manage and service projects across the entire Central Coast, Newcastle and Hunter regions. They use only the very latest technological tools and you would be working with a team of highly skilled and fully accredited specialists.
**Roles and Responsibilities of the Land Surveyor will include**:
- Manage a team of 10+ surveyors
- Cadastral Surveys.
- Working on projects ranging from basic cadastral surveying and driveway designs to complex multi-stage subdivisions
- Perform fieldwork, calculations, data reduction & manipulation, management of digital data for the total project and preparation of all types of survey plans.
- CAD drafting.
- Project management.
- All aspects of Surveying using the latest technology including GPS.
**To be considered for the role of Land Surveyor, you will need**:
- 7+ year experience in Surveying on land development projects.
- Impeccable communication skills; written and verbal.
- A desire to progress with the company and work towards survey/project management.
- Commitment to work and a strong work ethic/attitude.
- NSW Drivers licence.
