Are you looking to build a career in the geotechnical industry? Our established geotechnical testing company is seeking motivated **Soil Technicians** to join our dynamic teams in **Sydney** and **Brisbane.**

**About the Role**:
As a Soil Technician, you will play a key role by working on some of the major Construction projects in our field and laboratory testing services. Your work will involve:

- Conducting soil, aggregate, and compaction testing (both field and lab-based)
- Sampling and preparing materials for geotechnical analysis
- Recording and reporting results accurately
- Assisting engineers and senior technicians with project requirements
- Ensuring safety and quality compliance in all work practices

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in geotechnical or construction materials testing (preferred, but not essential - training provided)
- A strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork
- Physically fit and able to work in field environments
- Current driver’s license (not required for laboratory only field work)
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
- School leavers are encouraged to apply.
